Rolle-based family-owned action sports group, founded in 1887, that develops and markets snowboard equipment under brands including Nidecker, Yes., Jones, Now and Flow.
Nidecker is a family-owned action sports company that creates and markets snowboard brands internationally. Founded in 1887 as a maker of wooden wheels and tables, it moved into sleds and cross-country skis, made alpine skis from 1912 and launched its first snowboard in 1984; it describes itself as the world's oldest action sports company. Its brands include Nidecker, Yes., Jones, Now and Flow, and it has developed the Supermatic hands-free binding, launched in December 2022. The company has stopped its own production and concentrates on brand building, product development and distribution, with North America its largest market. It is run by the fifth generation of the Nidecker family.
