Hapimag runs a shared holiday ownership scheme. Members buy shares in the company and receive annual holiday points, which they use to book stays in apartments at its resorts; shares can be traded on a digital marketplace introduced in 2021. Its portfolio of around 56 resorts is mainly in Europe, including Germany, Italy, Austria, France, Spain and Portugal, after the sale of its resort in Orlando, Florida. Founded in 1963 as a Swiss joint-stock company, it is headquartered in Steinhausen in the canton of Zug.
