About

Infomaniak provides web hosting and IT services, including cloud services and the kDrive online storage service, and treats sovereign cloud as a strategic priority in Europe. Its data centres, software and operations are all in Switzerland; its D4 data centre recovers all of its energy as heat for about 6,000 households. Founded in 1994 and self-funded since, the company is based in Geneva with teams in Zurich. It joined the SIX Swiss Exchange on 1 October 2026 through a reverse takeover of Perrot Duval, while the Infomaniak Foundation holds the majority of voting rights. Revenue was CHF 55.9 million in 2025.
